Our Return & Exchange Policy

We gladly accept returns and exchanges for unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags attached. All returns require a prepaid shipping label, which can be obtained through our returns portal. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on face masks, final sale items, or gifted items. Final sale items are clearly marked as such on the product page.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please visit our online Return Portal. You will need your order number and the email address used to place the order. The portal will guide you through the process and provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.

Return Processing Time

Once we receive your returned package, please allow up to 10 business days for our warehouse to process your return. After processing, please allow additional time for your financial institution to complete the refund. You will receive an email confirmation once your return has been processed.

Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the item you wish to exchange for is out of stock, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We will gladly arrange for a replacement or refund.

International Returns & Duties

We are not responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or fees incurred on international orders. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Refunds for returned international orders will be for the cost of the merchandise only; shipping costs and any custom duties are non-refundable.
